- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have never been to this dealership before and every single person there treated me like I was important. They were very kind, interested in the sale, but not pushy. Out of all the experiences I have had with buying a car, this one has been the best, no contest. The staff stayed 2 hours past the closing time of the dealership and every person we were working with seemed happy to be there, not rushing or showing any sign of being frustrated with staying late. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A Suzuki SX4 was sold to us in 2014 as a well-maintained, rust-protected car. It was $ 10,000 and we hoped it would last our family quite a few years. It was deemed irreparably rust rotted by our mechanic recently and there were plenty of pictures to show how deteriorated the frame is. We are now stuck with a useless car we are still paying on for a couple years (so early three years of the car being useless to us). We reached out to Quality and they basically said that it's weird our car rusted out because they haven't had that happen with others. Pffft!By Elaine Toohey, May 02, 2017
